Marissa Ladig

Marissa's interest in the medical field was nurtured by growing up observing her mom as a Medical Assistant.

"The medical field has always felt like home to me."

In 2017, she enrolled in Umpqua Community College's Phlebotomy program and became NHA certified as a Phlebotomy Technician.

She has worked in a wide range of specialties including; plasma donation, dialysis, inpatient, ophthalmology, and reproductive health. In 2023 she obtained her Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certification.

Learning new things and teaching others is a passion of hers and she is excited to begin her teaching career at RSP in 2024.

When she is not in the classroom, she can be found watching movies with her long time partner, chasing after her toddler-aged son, and drinking hot tea with a good book or podcast.

Linda Webber

My name is Linda, I am an instructor aid at RSP and began my career in phlebotomy in 2022, the summer after graduating from South Medford High School.

I was an inpatient phlebotomist for a year and a half, with experience in drawing anywhere from the emergency department to the maternal and pediatrics units!

I am currently a student at Southern Oregon University studying to become a Physician Assistant, with a focus on serving spanish-speaking communities.

Currently, I serve as a Medical Assistant and medical receptionist for Rogue Women's health, as well as an instructor aid here at RSP. I am excited for the journey here, to train the next generation of phlebotomists to the best of our abilities here at RSP.
