SCHOOL DIRECTOR + FOUNDER
With a vision for building something meaningful, Hope brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience as the foundation of RSP. Hope brings over a decade of clinical laboratory experience and a passion for healthcare education to Rogue School of Phlebotomy. Since 2014, she has helped students launch careers in healthcare in Southern Oregon through practical training and industry knowledge. Her vision continues to guide the school’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and student success.
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR + FOUNDER
Nancy combines over 20 years of medical assisting and clinical experience with a passion for helping students succeed. As Financial Administrator, she oversees the school’s day-to-day operations while guiding students through enrollment, scheduling, and program support. She finds great fulfillment in helping people take meaningful steps toward a better future, especially those balancing family responsibilities, career changes, and other life transitions.
CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Erick has spent his career leading teams, developing training programs, and improving healthcare operations across military, federal, and healthcare organizations. His passion for mentorship and workforce development helps ensure Rogue School of Phlebotomy students gain valuable clinical experience and enter the healthcare field with confidence.
LEAD PHLEBOTOMY INSTRUCTOR
As a Certified Phlebotomist and Licensed X-Ray Machine Operator (LXMO), Chrisy brings extensive hands-on healthcare experience to the classroom. She has a strong background in laboratory processing and is dedicated to helping students discover their potential. Nothing brings her more fulfillment than watching students gain confidence, master new skills, and take the first steps toward a rewarding healthcare career.
INSTRUCTOR AIDE
Linda is a National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Phlebotomist, certified medical translator, and Stop the Bleed® provider with a passion for patient care and healthcare education. As an Instructor Aide, she supports students throughout their training while helping create a positive and encouraging learning environment. Currently pursuing her goal of becoming a Physician Assistant, Linda is dedicated to lifelong learning and inspiring others to achieve their own healthcare career aspirations.
